Design

From the data you send us, we draw the boxes, the lines or the branches one by one to adapt the design that you like the most to your family.
The reference you choose will serve as an idea for your family tree, although each design is personalized based on your preferences and the characteristics of each family.

There is also the possibility of exchanging design elements between different models, adapting them to any number of generations, personalizing titles or placing a photograph provided by the client in the background.

Tell us any idea you can think of to personalize your print.
We can represent both ancestors (parents, grandparents, etc.) as descendants (children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc., with their respective partners) and laterals (cousins, uncles, nephews).

If you want to complete the design with the heraldic shields, you just have to tell us which ones you want and we will take care of finding and drawing them.

Before sending the work to the press, our design team will propose the most suitable size for your sheet, prioritizing the good visibility of the information so that the text is easily readable. At that time you can give your conformity to the recommended size or request a different one if you prefer.

Sending data and photos

You can indicate the data of the people to represent (names, surnames, dates, places of birth, whatever you want), in an outline or in a written text, whichever is most comfortable for you.

For this you can write the data in the Observations section or attach a file in the application form.

In the event that you wish to include photographs, we will take care of cutting them and adapting them to the corresponding boxes, modifying the background of each image if necessary to achieve a uniform appearance.

The most important thing is that the photograph has a good resolution, so it is advisable to avoid photographs taken with a low-quality mobile phone.

Please take into account the following recommendations for sending the photos:

They should either be taken with a digital camera or scanned at a minimum resolution of 300 dots per inch and at 100% size.
The name of the image file must match that of the person or persons that appear in the photo.
There should not be two heads touching or any external element that covers the person's outline.
It is important that the photograph is not too cropped, so that there is enough space around the entire contour of the head.
If possible, the background should be smooth and preferably a light color, but do not worry if the photos you like the most are not like this, we will change the background and match it in all of them.

Price

The price of personalized graphic representation works depends on the number of people that appear in the family tree, the number of photographs and the number of heraldic shields. The design is always personalized, so the price does not depend on the reference you choose.

The price consulted on the web includes the design, printing on high-quality Photographic Paper of 250 gr / m2, taxes and home delivery costs.
Consult price supplement for printing on Canvas on a wooden frame and for shipments outside Spain.

Payment of the service

Only in the event that the amount of the work exceeds € 300 will we request a payment in advance.

Before sending the work to the press, we will indicate the resulting size of the sheet and we will send you by email the image of your tree so that you can give us your agreement or tell us what you do not like.

At the moment we have your conformity to the design, we will request payment by bank transfer, credit card, Paypal or Western Union.

Delivery term

The NORMAL delivery time is between 8 and 10 working days from when you send us all the information.

If you need it more urgently, you can request our URGENT Service, with delivery between 5 and 7 working days, or our EXPRESS Service, with delivery between 3 and 4 working days.

Shippings

Family trees are printed on a sheet of photographic paper and shipped unframed, rolled into a conveniently sealed cardboard tube to protect both the material and the confidentiality of the data it contains.

The canvases mounted on a wooden frame are shipped protected in thick cardboard packaging adapted to the corresponding size.

Shipments are made by certified mail or by express courier. In any case, the shipping number is communicated to the customer so that they can be tracked online.

Additional copies

It's possible to perform additional copies of the family tree that are identical to the original or personalized can be made by changing, for example, the main person.

In any case, the price of the copies will depend on the printing cost, depending on the size of the label..

Is my data safe?

Of course. The information provided by the client for the creation of the personalized family tree is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Only personal data from the company itself and from print providers, who undertake to comply with all current legal provisions regarding the use and disclosure of information, have access to family data.
